Job Description

Delta is a highly successful, family-owned business located in Somersby. It has been a prominent Central Coast business for 20 years. With a strong focus on innovative products Delta has partnered with some of Australia’s most sought-after premium brands in skin care, sunscreens, and personal care products. Delta employs over 120 staff across various disciplines and regularly encourages internal promotion and development.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our small but well-established team. Specifically, this role will:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain various spreadsheets, supporting in the production of business-critical reports, ensuring dispatch dates and DIFOT reason codes are kept up to date.
  • Assist in the analysis, identification, and reduction of redundant raw and packaging material.
  • Expedite and manage deliveries to meet production requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
  • A range of administrative activities for various departments. 

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
  • Fast and accurate data manipulation skills in databases specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive thinker with the willingness to use initiative.
  • Expereince with Monday.com advantageous.
